Shot and putter pal not working

  Hello, I am in a level 19 country club so I have the shot and putter pal but neither of these show any yardages on my shot meter.  I have both on in the settings menu and on top of the meter it says shot pat hits left 999.  But it does not give any yardages?

  Trying turning both OFF then Save and Close.

  Return to Settings and turn them both ON then Save and Close.

   

  I know it may sound silly, but this process has worked for some in the past.

  It doesn't give you yardages.

  All they are is that your power meter is divided in 1/10th increments.
