Hi, I am new here and I dont know if the problem is on my side or not. I am trying to buy credits, but every time I try to send my payment, the system shows this:
"Please address the following issues before proceeding:
- Could not update billing info: Cardnumber validation failed."
I checked my credit card number x times and it is written down correctly. So is validation number... Could anybody help me please? I am really clueless and I am starting to be really hopeless. Thanks anybody
