Just wondering if anyone else is a bit put off about the error with this tournament.  Course details very clearly state that it is played at St Andrews on the game screen.  First round was at St Andrews.

Tee off on #1 only to notice that contrary to earlier information, the final round is on Royal St George.  Having not played RSG in quite a while, especially in high winds, I could not believe what I was seeing.  How can WGT screw this up in such a big tournament.

Very very disappointing WGT.  I hope you guys can make this right.

I did just go back and check the tournament details on the tournament screen of the WGT home page and that states it's played on RSG.  Given that I never go to that screen you can see the confusion.

Here is what it looks like on the only screen I ever check.

Had the same double take prior to my round Jake but having read the comp page beforehand, I was expecting RSG prior to starting the round. Unlucky with your round as I expected you to get your top 3 spot this month.

Have to agree with Jake that this is a rather big and pretty dumb error for a tournament of this magnitude. Was pretty surprised myself to see the course listed as St Andrews when RSG is listed in the tournament description.

I can understand the picture not being changed from St Andrews because I don't think it was changed for the October Tour Championships, but the course name was changed from Congressional to Bethpage so I can't fathom why it wasn't changed this time. Just an oversight I suppose.

I was also expecting St Andrews, having been taken to R. S.G, i thought i had selected wrong tournament, the December open & withdrew.  F.F'K sakes WGT, thanks a lot, i was in good position after last round as well.  (only 2 shots from leaders)

You can have my entry lol - I won't be bothering with the second round

With all deference to the eventual winner I played the first round and got headwinds and tailwinds when I didn't want them, I know I shouldn't get annoyed but being human (mainly) I did think when I again got a 29mph headwind on a driveable green with a tailwind, or a headwind on a long 5 - I know someone got good winds here and drove these greens

So - prestigious tournament it may be - but heavy winds are going to have a big say in who wins imo, and again I will congratulate the eventual winner and not take anything away from him/her, at least they played and I bailed
