Presidents Cup qualifiers

  Several players (well, more than several, but several with a reasonable chance at qualifying) have entered and posted scores on the wrong side of the parallel qualifying tournaments.  Because those events are functionally identical -- controlled winds with narrow variance; same tees and pins -- scores will be directly comparable, so these players should continue in the wrong event through completion, as we'll be "transferring" scores between leaderboards for the purpose of determining qualification.

  I thought the game wouldn't start as obviously I'm not a US resident, but to my surprise, it did!
