I went to a new laptop a couple of weeks ago and though I can get WGT to see it's me, when I hit "Play Now" I can't get logged on to play games because the error I get says my password is incorrect. When I try to recover my password the error message I get says it can't find me. I believe I may be locked out. Anyway, I've contacted customer service 5 or 6 times and get a nice reply back that someone will get back to me in 24 or 48 hours but in two weeks I haven't heard back. Does anyone know how I can escalate this?
