Tbh, A lot of the better players on this game use and swear by the Rossa. Since, you've been using the starter putter for 49 levels, I would probably lean towards the Rossa since it has the same 30-60 ft scale.

True, a lot of the better players on this game use the Rossa, but IMO that's only because that's what was available and it's what they've always used... the ghost spider just came out a couple months ago. The Rossa seems to work really well for those who like to play the break by missing the ding. Nice thing about gs is that you can upgrade at 66 and 92, tho it's expensive.

If you are looking to eventually get the 92 Ghost (or 66,) moving to the lower level ones first will set you up for that-learn the different scales at a level that won't make it painful. However, the Rossa is a very popular putter like Ace pointed out and you can use it for a long time so basically, you can't go wrong with either one.

I'm with Leon on the Ghost thinking, though.

    Agree with what everyone says.

If you are only going to ever buy JUST ONE putter, go for the Rossa 725credits

If you want to upgrade get the Ghosts totals out to 3795credits

IMO I prefer to spend those 3070credits on something else.

I personally preferred the Ghosts, but either one is great.  Difference was small, so it might not be worth the credits.  This post may be useful to you: http://www.wgt.com/forums/t/72948.aspx

My only advice is to be aware of the scale on any putter you buy.  If you are familiar with one scale it can take a while (time/practice) to become familiar with another.  Because of scale dependency, I've been waiting for the next generation of Redwood, but who knows when that will happen.  To me, it appears the scale on the new Ghost putters is the wave of the future, so if you don't want to be left behind, keep that in mind.

I bought the Level 92 Ghost Spider. I tried several times to adapt. Gave up. Sold it back and don't want to use it again. I missed more putts with that putter than with the Beginner's. But the Daytona is my choice. The problem for me was the scale. Hate 25 and 50..... With tournament speeds, you can expect your 15 feet to go up to 20 feet or more with little elevation or none. 30 divided by 3 is 10....So you can judge easily where 10 and 20 are in a 30 feet scale. 5 is half 10, 25 is easily between 20 and 30... so what do you need a 25 scale  10 feet after a 15? For longer putts, say 40 feet I can easily either use the  30 scale if  it is downhill or divide 60/2 and have 30 and add a bit more if I need to and get 40, 45,..... But I guess people that adapted to 15, 25, 50 already know what to use in each case. My other point in favor of the Daytona is that using the 30 feet I can still judge some short putts and ding the meter more easily. It's an excellent putter, and at a wonderful price. I regret having bought that Level 92 putter, I love my Daytona...
