HELP ME WGTNIV

  it will not let me play skins game says i dont have the credits to play but i do i have more than it takes but it says i dont an wonts me too buy more .im not going to when i have credits to play  the game .

  hi

  can you please post a screenshot with error, especially if you can see how many credits you have at the same time.

  right clicking and submitting bug report would also help.

  Clear Flash Cache quick and easy way.

  right click in the game client - > Global Settings - > hit the "Delete All" button -> Hit the "Delete Data" Button -> Close the settings manager

  mouse up and click on the address bar -> hit ENTER

  (you'll have to reset your settings)

  Clearing the flash cache has solved this problem, for me at least.

  i have sent a report in but i do not know how to do a screen shot of the page .ive cleared out the cach and that didnt help any .

  i did all those things and i still get  the same box ,,,it says you need a min of 120 credits and it tells me i  have 467 credits .lol

  nope i tried playing match play too it says same thing . when it it says it takes 120 minium credits to play its in black then it tells me i have 485 credits an its in red  an tells me to go buy more credits .all i can think of is i won theses credits in a skins game maybe i see them but they arent there .but i bought a sleeve of balls with some of the credits i won .so im lost

  by the way things sound to me, your grammar and spelling are very poor. is your ability to read equally challenged? maybe it's just asking if you'd like to by more.

  Just a question... If you delete the Wgt.com(or whatever it is)... Will that be a problem?

  I delete everything else but 'WGT' , too scared thinking it might clear everything in my profile...lol, let alone the settings.
