Many competitors when losing cheat by stopping the 45 sec timer.
This forces the opponent to exit and renter game to unlock the game
If they do this 3 times in a game, then your 3rd attempt to unlock results in a game loss.
I've contacted wgt at least twice about this issue
Don't accept that it is your mobile or computer as this issue does not occur during tournaments. The software needs Improvement to stop the cheats.
