$5.00 charge, for what?

  Evidently, because I was left with an  ISP, that was taken over by At&T, it doesn't recognize

  sbcglobal.net as such any longer...even though it continues as my email address, 

  wrapped up it was reported to me to be a glitch &500credits were accepted.
