Didn't want to clog the guys/gals email, maybe Icon can pass my thanks along...
But I sent in an email on Monday about not being able to enter RG's...anyway, I didn't receive a reply until Friday..apologizing for the delay in getting back to me, and crediting my account with a sleeve of balls for the delay.
Thought that was a very nice gesture on their part, and one I was not expecting.
