    I've sent a request 21 days ago , again 14 days ago and 7 days ago about reinstating my CDP , which i've lost by accident.

    Never heard from WGT in the last weeks ,no response whatsoever.

    Is this due to the change in management or is it something else?

    Hope Nico reads this or someone else who knows whats going on .

    Someone else having the same issues ?

    Fastest way to things corrected imho is to friend Nico and send him a message. I have no issues getting thing corrected doing it this way.

    Apparently they lost some support staff when topgolf left, so they are a bit short in that department currently.
