Does it matter which golf course you play to lower your score?
    Easy course -9 , or a hard course -5. !!
    (9 hole)
    Both easy setup

The course rating has no bearing as long it's a ranked round...  9 or 18 both count one ranked round.

If lowering your average score is the main goal, playing on an easier course would definitely be advantageous.

However, wouldn't that make the game too easy and somewhat dull? Personally, I rotate through different courses to keep things interesting.

But everyone has his/her own preference so there's no single right answer. Just do whatever feels right for you. Hit it straight and keep it in the short grass. 👍

Easiest way to lower average would be playing easy CC tournaments. Next easiest would probably be playing PGA National a lot.

There are lots of ways to enjoy the game, maybe not if you're one of the elite players trying to reach the very top.  I doubt that I have the talent for that, and it would be too much work for me even if did have the talent.

i'm letting my average sit where it is for now. Playing mainly coin games. Coin Chaos came along at about the right time for me. Currently having fun playing the lower coin rooms with downgraded clubs and the Starter ball.  Also trying to achieve what i think will be my best apparel (and clubs set up) for the par 3 courses. This game can be a lot of things, depending on what you want to do with it.
