Have tried contacting support over lost daily credits & they fail to respond- been thru this before & it was usually a quick fix- Now it seems noone is taking care of things- very frustrating after playing over 3 years to be started over due to missing one day due to being in hospital with no access.Have put in 2 help tickets & get email saying received, then crickets. Any suggestions?

Apparently several Customer Service people stayed with Top Golf after the split. Recommend that you get on Discord and send a DM to WGT Nico. He seems to be more responsive than Customer Service. At least, doing so worked for me.
