Actually you can but it takes some I.T. knowledge you can create a "Virtual Machine" using VMWare or some other virtualizer as this would allow you to run 2 separate instances of windows.
The problem with doing it on the same instance is that it won't let you run two flash sessions.
A word of caution, I heard of a few instances where WGT deleted "Duplicate" accounts from the same I.P Address.
This can happen cause the I.P. Address they see is your router or cable modem and that will be the same for all devices in your network. For Example I have 4 PCs, 1 Mac, 3 iPhones, 1 Win7.5 phone, Blue-ray player, xBox360, a Wii, and a Sony PS2 to the outside world they all have the same I.P. address.
