Well it's either one of two things. Either I'm lucky, or I read the instructions and carry them out to the letter.

i'm finding trialpay is not giving out credits to most offers i complete. about 90% need me to send off info to the support, but to give them credit every time i've been rewarded.

gundogg, don't bother with William Hill, they'll have no idea what you're on about.

what you need to do is use the 'support' tab on the earn credits page (as it sounds like you've done) and follow the instructions as to how to copy and paste, have a few goes you'll get the hang of it. the confirmation email should be in your email inbox or maybe in the trash box?

trialpay can't do anything without it, so unless you can retrieve it you're a bit stuffed.

worst case, you haven't lost a tenner. on the William Hill site just go to 'my account'  (it's next to your name once you've logged in) and within that there's a 'payments' menu. within that is a 'withdraw' option that will return your chosen amount back to the source you paid in with.

i'm not sure if you have to bet with your initial £10 to be able to withdraw it, i had a few bets before i drew it out, but this info should hopefully get you started :-)

    cheers,

    Paul

Did you get any joy in the end Gundogg?

I did their 2500 credit offer the other day, followed everything to the letter and nothing. Emailed trialpay who asked for the confirmation of deposit mail from William Hill, which I sent then, and nothing since. Sent about 6 mails and they don't even bother replying except for auto receipt emails.

It's bloody annoying - and dumb too, as if that one had worked I'd probably have done their other offers too.

Has this happened anyone else lately? I did it today, set up an account and rather than "instantly" getting my 5000 gcredits I had to spend aaaages on the phone to 3 different people who proceeded to look for pictures of passport, address...

I spoke to one (very helpful and friendly) phone support person, who had never heard of WGT, but did inform me that because I have so many William Hill accounts already, they need clear pictures of proof of my address, "as many as possible"....

HANG ON. I don't even have one william hill account, let alone too many for them to verify my address!!!!! They have my details on their system for 7 years.

Shameless false advertising on their part, faulty registration system and worst of all - the distinct taste of SPAM.

Needless to say, I do not recommend anyone take part in this offer.
