How are different levels achieved? I've seen others with higher average scores yet they are above my Amateur status. I've been playing awhile, increased my items from the pro shop, better my average score. Still don't seem to progress and I can't figure out why. The others were not necessarily any higher in levels either.... is it based on buying a lot of credits?? thanks.
