Why is there a putter pal grid on my screen saying 10 putts left when i havent purchased any, it wont go away, it's been there for about 3 days now, please advise WGT.................

i would try clearing cookies/temp files for the browser/flash. if that doesn't work, try it in a different browser and if that doesn't work, disabled putter pal from games options (scroll down).
