  Where can you go to play a practice round, where you can hit drives, approach shots, and putt?

  Welcome Jeff,

   There is no driving range, or putting greens as of yet, but in due time. You can practice putts in "practice mode" by hitting around the greens until you hit the required number of shots.

  how do you get into practice mode?

    On the game screen, go to the left where it says "single player game". Click on "select course" . When that page opens, click on Bethpage or Kiawah for stroke play. On the right you`ll see "ranked" or "practice". Click on practice to open the set up options...and away you go. Enjoy
