I emphasized the part that jumped out at me! Most new machines come with a ton of junk (unused or unneeded) software, much of which boots when you start the computer up.  The simplest solution is to download GameBooster free software. (Just use Google to find a download source and follow the directions - I downloaded it from Iobit.com, the maker of Gamebooster.)

When you're getting ready to play, open Gamebooster and hit Boost button; it will safely deactivated unneeded software. When you are not gaming, you can open Gamebooster and click the Restore button.

Secondly make sure you are running the latest version of Flash (I currently have 11,1,102,55 installed).

    Good luck.

You would think with a quad core cpu and 8 GB RAM that there would be plenty of room and power to accommodate whatever's going on. It sounds more like a browser/Flash issue.

Bob is right on about the junk preinstalled and set to run on start up. I'm sure there's things getting loaded you have no clue about. Take a look here and see if it makes sense to you.  GL
