Backspin (or lack of)

  Hi guys,

  I only use the starters clubs. Is it possible to backspin a ball?

  I move the green dot to the bottom of the ball for backspin and then I land it on the green but it still rolls right off the back.

  What am I doing wrong?

  You aren't doing anything wrong, the starter clubs have pretty much zero spin so you'll never get a ball to hit and stop with them.

  Better clubs are the only way to get better control with your approach shots.  And better balls of course.  Basically more $$$$ I'm afraid.

  You aint doing anything wrong you want backspin you need to buy good balls & clubs not the best but thats how WGT makes there money ! Get addicted & spend a fortune ! lol If you aint into spending much try & go for mibe 1 cleveland wedge great for spin apart from that starter clubs & balls wont give you much spin but there free so we cant complain to much !   the last few days I've noticed that it is not always so important to play with the effe, it is more a matter where the ball is positioned
