  why the hell is this tourny all ready closed ?????? its only jan the 1st and it runs until feb, hmmmm is this a glitch or just stupidity.... AGAIN.

  I think you're talking about the January winter tour championship which starts at the end of jan but 1st you must qualify for the event by playing the January winter tour qualifier.

  Yes it's the same in the legend tier too. Maybe that's what the OP was talking about and not the winter tour championship as i said earlier. My apologies.
