Bought a new club and can't use it????

  Hey,

   

  I bought a new fairway wood, which I thought would help my game.  However I can't use the club in tournements that I already played...even unlimted play tournements????  Whats the point of getting new clubs if we cant use them?

    The point is-being fair to the amateurs. The tournaments you signed up for as an amateur can only be played with amateur equipment. Any others you can use your new clubs. When the new tournaments come out on Monday you`ll sign on as a pro, until then any of the tournaments you signed up for as an amateur, you have to use the amateur clubs. Hope this helps. Enjoy
