    Falls Tourneys!

Participation in the Contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.  Note, however, that only individuals who are legal residents of and physically located in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Norway, Ireland, The Netherlands, and South Korea who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in the entrant's state or province/territory ("province") of residence, whichever is greater are eligible to win prizes.

    --------------------------------------------------------------

Why are France, Belgium, Spain for example not included in this? There's a ton of other countries with very good wgt players residing in them that are not eligible to claim prizes either.

Take Genorb....the guy's clearly one of the best players on here....and regularly sits top 3 in the qualifiers....including December & his 53 round Oakmont this month.

But because he's from Belgium he won't get his Amazon Gift Cards...in fact he'll get nothing...not even WGT credits...and he's not alone either. Stuffix is another great WGT player who's from Belgium and he'll get diddly too.

Insane.....even someone from South Korea can claim a prize.....NOT that I remember seeing any South Koreans in top 10 of any comp in my 18 months on here but nevertheless they are legible to get an Amazon Gift Card should they shoot a fluke round.

    -------------------------------------------------

Such a shame that guys & gals from  these excluded countries who'll spend many $1000's on balls playing in the tournaments only to find out they'll get nothing if they qualify or even win.

Hey WGT...howabout maybe instead of the Gift Vouchers....you could at least credit their accounts with a virtual prize like credits so that they can at least buy WGT equipment?

Sorry to rock the boat but I just think this is completely and utterly unfair.

South Korea qualifies to receive a prize but Belgians, French, Italians, Spanish etc will get nothing. What international laws are in place that rules these countries out or is it something WGT decided on themselves?
