Yep, agree, I along with many others have been waiting, and waiting, but know all good and an apology for the delay. know it gets frustrating, but they always come through in the end.

Just for curiosity, what was the time frame for their response? I know they have been super busy with the recent holiday season.

I sent 4 in total, the first of which being around 3-4 weeks ago. They replied to all of them at the same time though. With them having so many mails, I'm guessing that they sorted their mails by sender so that they could respond to all of a payers queries at the same time.
