  Same scale - same chart. They are all linear and compatible. Just check & combine the existing tables.

  Or, make up one yourself, easy exercise in a spreadsheet.

  Maybe a stupid question but pls advice how do you count the putt. for example if distance is 10ft, the hole is 2in uphill, the green is very fast, is it (10+2)/1,2 acc. to scale or I need transfer inches to ft firstly and it will be (10+2/12)/1,2 as 1ft=12in. Many thanks.

  Open Game Tips and look for threads about putting that are pinned near the top. There are at least 3. They will give you lots of good advice.
