I find the game challenging.  I'm at it a week and am at 79 +.  Still trying to find out what

driver to buy.  I hate not being able to reach the par 4's.  They get you in this game and

suck you in to buying equipment!  You can't compete without good equipment!

Does anyone know how to respond to an invite?  I hear a bell on the speakers but don't know if it's an invite or not.

LOL-Welcome to the addiction hle-the bell is your friends coming and going on your list and if it's an invite your "invites" button will blink. Click on it.

Yes 72.62 is great. Better than I did with starters, But  maybe you would have a 65.62 avg with good clubs. lol That is what we all dwell upon.

Yes, Welcome.  Best advice I can think of is to not get wrapped up in advancing too quickly.  Take some time, have realistic expectations, and learn about this place...you'll be glad you found it.  Be sure to ask questions and check out the Getting Started and FAQs info over there--------------------->
