yesterday I played a match play vs. a friend and we both had an idea:
We're playing Ready-Gos very often and we like playing with or against each other, especially match-plays, but we don't play stroke play together, because there's no possibility for winning prices.
Therefor why not playing together a Ready-Go? E.g. I go on the round and I'm asked, if I want to take a partner - or two, three - with me on the round. All players have to pay the fee for the Ready-Go of course and all scores are counted normally for the Ready-Go Rankings.
We think it would make sometimes more fun then playing alone.
And in this case, it would be great, if e.g. CC-tournaments could be played in the same way, means playing tournaments alone or with partner(s).
Players, who like to play alone, can of course play the round/ the Ready-Go alone. But for players, who like to play with a partner or some more partners, it would be great. :-)
As I said ... just an idea ... but not a bad one, I think ... ;-)))
