As I was updating my credit card information a few minutes ago, I clicked save and was awarded credits which I did not mean to purchase. My intentions were to purchase 3 bucks worth for a sleeve of balls and accidentally purchased 50 bucks worth of credits by mistake. Being a broke college student who is planning a wedding, I panicked.
I found a fella that I know from some matches and he advised me on how to find WGTIcon. He was correct and I explained my situation to Icon. Not only was he friendly about it, he handled it immediately. The $$$ will be replaced into my bank account shortly and I am very greatful to have had such an experience dealing with customer service.
You can't find that kind of service anywhere else. Trust me on that...
