  At present we are about to start week 8 of our 10 week season and all new memberships  are on hold until our new season kicks off immediately afterwards. 

  I will be putting up open invitations  to golfseekers very shortly.  We actually play very similar to the "real" game using official handicapping software.  This allows all an equal opportunity to gain success or failure!.   We currently use many formats that you will be familiar with and some you won't.  Stableford, Strokeplay, MAtchplay, Ryder Cup formats on a weekly basis (teams change according to current handicaps  and so on...

  We also operate a GS bonus pts system where you can win actual CASH!  and  on average we have approx 25 (yes 25)  separate comps per week. ( You are not obliged to play in all of them)  Leagues, (leaderboards updated  with actual handicap changes on a daily basis.

  We have various communication channels used for community and assistance. And have a registered membership of many players worldwide (so finding a game /partner  is easy) 

  We don't get quitters, simply because we use a fair system that allows  even the odd bad score in games like stableford to still allow a competitive result. And we have developed into a great community.

  The only drawback (if  there is one)  is that you would be required to join the GS CC  (you can only be in one country club at a time)  because some of our games  are used (with and without handicaps) in the CC.  And the many prizes of cash/merchandise on offer  are for GS members only.

  Please look out for the "open invitations"  next week, when I will again open up the "registration doors"  Once a member of GS  you become part of an exclusive club (not available to guests. and will have access to the many many things beyond what you see now  on the frontage of the GS site.

  Free? Fun? Too good to be true?  Yes it is free. Yes its fun,  No, it's not too good to be true?  Well, when you become a member , you can judge for yourself.

  The Golfseeker Website &  Exclusive GS Country Club has now opened its' doors for pre-registration membership for the forthcoming season (4).   We will be looking for  new members wishing to join the fairest system in playing WGT virtual golf for the new season  in approx 2 weeks time.  NOW is the time to apply.

  With over 27 different games a week (you don't have to play them all !!!) New additions and new formats, all with "proper" handicaps (updated daily/weekly as your game is completed)  to allow you all a fair and equal chance of competing.  WGT averages mean nothing to us , so it doesn't matter if you have a 56  or 106 average ,  you have the same opportunity of success (however, you will need to play to your best ability to be a winner)

  Why GS CC ?  It is the CLOSEST you will find to the "real" game  using official handicapping software systems.   Over 500 applicants attempted to join the CC last season (unfortunately WGT conflicts/programming caused many not to recieve the invites or could not access them.  Hopefully WGT will have sorted the problem. Each apllication is scrutinized before acceptance to prevent  any attempt at "beating the system"  You will be required to have completed a minimum of 15 ranked WGT games to qualify for membership. (please don't apply until you have at least 15 ranked rounds)

  Once season 4 starts  the membership will close (until pre-season 5, when applications will again re-open)

  The doors are now closed for season 4  No registrations will be taken until 2 weeks before season 5 opens.   Sorry if  you were intending to register for our new season.  Be sure  to register for season 5 early (when pre-registration takes place  in about 8 weeks time.

  As we move into season 4, who will prevail?

  2 new comps  are added  (Sprinters Trophy and Divisional Shield) along with the new Ryder Cup format set once a month.  Daily plays  are also back where you can win Gs pts. (and redeem them for REAL CASH) 

  30+ comps a week  - most  with handicaps  to allow  fair play. (CTTH  obviously not handicapped !!!)

  It should be another great season ahead.  Good luck to  you all in your quest for top honours
