  Hey there Crazyman,

  I really like this tournament that you have created.. well.. except for the semi-final format which doesn't make sense to me..lol.. anyway..I need a bit of help understanding the rules here. I will just use Mmartirena as an example.  When I add up his score I get 45 points. When I add his handicap of four, I get 49. He is listed as having scored 48 points on the leaderboard. I am obviously missing something but I can't figure it out. Can you explain this?

  As explained in the early posts in this thread and the format of the comps when published show the playoffs at 3/4 hcp 

  The handicaps are adjusted to show a hcp of. say 4,   "4  becomes a 3"  

  Cat 1 golfers also lose 0.1 shot allowances depending upon the SSS  of the course  Cat 2 golfers  lose 0.2  and so on  (but an allowance is also made for a "buffer zone" (within a determined allowance +/-  of the SSS

  Hope that explains it

  Poor WigerToods had lag, very slow loading times, no zoom and a disconnect. The conditions where terrible to say the least. He is a real champion for sticking with it and finishing the game cheer to you mate.

  Thanks for invite Matrix and the kind words -  yup was very frustrating at times this end to say the least - never had the lack of 'zoom' problem  before.

  Very well played to you and thanks for being patient.

   

  Was fun while it lasted GS people - bit disappointed to go out with a whimper tho.
