  Well due to demand and requests from site members  I will be adding  - self automated ladders leagues - mini leagues - and more one off whacky fun comps. 

  Also adding to the vast collection we already have, we will have  spot the ball or the hole - prediction comps - and more to get you more GSBonus points which you can redeem for cash prizes

  You're in Hole and by the way that is not a spelling error in case you were wondering. Its going to be a little different then the Ryder Cup  (of course)   lol

  The comp is set to run on  - Fri Sat and Sun 19th,20th 21st March

  Deadline for entires (Free) is St Patricks Day (Wed 17th March)

  The Rider Cup (requires Free GSBonus pts registration) runs alongside this comp and starts on Tues 16th - Fri 19th March

  See site for details or ask in this thread if you need any information

  The above two comps are one-off comps and are not associated with the established Stableford League, Platinum Challenge, Monthly Medal, Singles Strokeplay, Singles Matchplay, Champ of Champs, International Pairs, Ryder Cup, Callaway Cup, nor are they associated with the expected new ladders and mini leagues due to be released shortly. or any other one-off comp.

  Monthly Medal this month  22nd to 28th  18 holes Kiawah - conditions to be published at a later date

  Get that practice in 

  Please note this particular month you will not recieve your  full handicap allowances

  It will be 3/4 handicap allowance stableford format

  This will allow for the lower handicappers to have a slightly greater chance

  How is it worked out?

  eg: 7/8ths of an 18 handicap:
  
  7x18 = 126 / 8 = 15.75. Then would be  Rounded up.
  
  Therefore you will be playing off a 16 Handicap.

  A handicap of say 6 would work out as;

  7x6=42 /8 =5.25  (rounded down = 5) playing off 5

  Don't worry you will not have to work out your 7/8th handicap, It will be done for you and a table showing handicaps from 6 to 24 will be dispalyed in a chart for you to quickly see what you will be playing off for that medal.
