Unable to purchase credits

  Hi guys/Gals,

  I finally plucked up the courage to purchase some credits and upgrade my equipment.

  I follow the links, fill in the form, all the way through to the end, click "cmplete" or "submit" or whatever the last icon is... and it simply resets me to the beginning of the page again.

  Entirely frustrating. 3 times in 10 minutes now.

  Can anyone help me please?  All I want to do is upgrade my equipment so I can compete better?

  please check your account page and make sure it didn't go through or no errors mentioned. if it's clear, then please try a different browser and it should work.

  Please can you clarify why I must might try another browser?

  Is it not safe to use one browser over another one?

  Why would one browser be better than another?

  I look forward to your descriptive, and enlightening explanation.

  sometimes browsers have errors for 1 reason or another. when i ask to try another browser i mean between firefox or chrome or internet explorer. if it works in 1 and not the other, then there is an issue. if it does not work in any, then you should contact us and it maybe some other issue.
