WHERES MY NEW BALLS?

    I have purchased new ones twice and they are not appearing in my equipment. I know this because they should be purple. What gives?

    Hi Rowdee, you may need to close your game window and re-launch it. If that doesn't help, try clearing your Flash cache.

    Click the account tab next to your name on the log in screen and make sure you actually bought them. (I'm assuming you read how to equip your bag------------>)

    If you paid for them and they aren't in your bag then you need to talk to WGT-email works best.  Once you do get them be sure and clear your Flash cache-they won't work right until you do.

    Well, my new stuff showed up today. Funny, the first set of balls I bought a couple days ago showed up too!?
