no credits for netflix

  i recently paid for netflix. i was supposed to recieve 1750 credits. i got 0 credits. could you please resolve this....proof below

  You need to go back to the offers and click on Support on the top right area of the offers section and complete the information asked by Trialpay and they will try to help you get your credits.  I have had to do this on several offers and so far they have given me my credits on all of them (1 still pending).
