Pro shop posting triple orders.

    Earlier this week, I had problems buying 2 sleeves of balls.  I ended up with 3 purchases for 6 sleeves. Emailed WGT and and had the extra two orders removed. Slightly dismayed at the respondent from WGT assuming I was the one who actually pushed the BUY button 3 times.  I only touched it once, and I did not hold it down either! C'est la vie.

    Today I wanted to purchase $10 worth of credits times 2 so I could take advantage of the Calloway ball bonus.  I get the first set without issue after hitting the BUY button, all seems well.  Second try, I hit the BUY button and I get the same page back with this message also:

    Please address the following issues before proceeding:

    • Could not deposit funds: Please contact WGT customer support for further assistance.

    I go to my transactions page and yep...only 2000 added credits, but another 3 $10 charges showing for today's botched purchases.  What's with all the triple whammies?  Did you guys put VEM into the pro shop too?

    probly want to give it a minute or two between transactions, maybe its your bank thinking exactly what your doing? 2 orders of exactly the same price can be viewed as an accident/fraud pretty easily from their end?

    go back in 5 mins and do it again, i bet it works.

    That's why I use the subway gift cards. I put exactly what I want to spend on each card and they can not over charge you. I never use credit cards any more. I used my credit card to purchase some credits a while back and the following week I got charged over $900 for traveling expenses. I reported the fraud and got it taken care of but will no longer ever use credit cards to purchase anything online. The subway cards work great.

    Its got the stage now this game goes WORSE after each update, not better.  Always more things to stich you up. Daily we see people loose $$ due to FLAWS or errors.  I

    Hi what happens is, transaction starts once you press the button and may take up to a minute to complete. Same thing happens to me as well. I would think nothing happens and press it again.

    Bah humbug...2 emails later and I am still missing 1000 credits.  The system took $30 and gave me only 2000 credits and the red error message.  The members official removed the erroneous extra 3rd charge AND took away 1000 credits.  I am still missing 1000 credits! Another email has been sent.  What is so difficult to understand? Your system didn't credit me 3000, only 2000...and even says "COULD NOT DEPOSIT FUNDS". Sorry, but I am losing patience.

    Wow...that was fast... thank you, WGT has already amended account balance. Now I feel like an idiot for being cranky....soooowwy

    Hey Cutbow is there any other way to contact WGT? Im in a dispute with them I wanted 500 credits for the 5 bucks.Got hit for $50 bucks for the 5,000 credits I know I sould have checked wich  Amount was checked I made a mistake.I'll probably buy another 500 credits in 2 days or so.but Iwant my $45 bucks back on my card.
