Redeem Callaway ball credits

  I purchased $10 of credits to receive the 3 free balls from Callaway.  I notice that on my TRANSACTIONS it shows that I have the done what is needed for the 3 free balls.  How do I now retrieve the balls?  When I go to the pro shop and go through the purchase process, I thought I would get to the check-out and it would show no charge for the balls.  But it appears that if I go through with check out, I would be charged the normal amount of credits.

  What am I doing wrong?

  Hi

  once you purchase $10 worth of credits, the ball should automatically be added to your bag. Since they do not auto equip, please check there.

  Thanks.  Why I did not think to check my own equipment...anyway, the balls were there. Thanks for the responses, guys.
