My score average just dipped below 65 after my first ranked round of the day, but my tier level still says Master.
Will it change to Tour Master tomorrow? If not...what score average will get me there?

Not sure where you got 65 from, but that's not it. Look in WGT Community>Players at Masters' score averages and you should be able to figure it out. (There are lots of them with averages similar to yours)
