I challenge anyone to deny that you've all missed short putts and made the return with the exact same putt, missed ding and all.

You couldn't be more right Jim. The par putt seems like a automatic putt that one can't miss.

I always play a double break putt as a straight putt. If I get the speed right and hit ding, it's a birdie putt every-time.

So you really think the computer programmers decided to make 2nd putts easier than 1st putts and write that into the WGT software?  Doubtful fellas..... just play the game and stop thinking so much.

No, but birdies are easier than eagles, pars are easier than birdies and bogeys are easier than pars. Why is that? Oh man, my bad, more thinking. Just accept it like lemmings.  Leave the brain out of it.  OK.  :-)

thats what i'm on about, you can have 9 foot putt for birdie, miss ding slighlty putt sails up to a foot wide, you can have same putt, from same position (different round, but same place as the birdie putt you missed) miss ding by loads up to a cm, but that putt sails straight for the cup. SO that shows me that a birdie putt has to be spot on, but there's room for error in a par putt (More forgiveness).

Why not? They've written "deviation" into the program, (or is it just a word to cover up the bad shots you might get out of the blue, i.e 30 mph wind not effecting shot, it happens...)

LOL.....Exhausting hey Bollie....lol. Sounds like a lot of assumptions to me. Who does all the programming for WGT? I would think if you want "facts" in regards to programming and "deviations" WGT programmers are the ONLY ones who would be able to state fact.

HAHA... just saw this response... let me get this straight...

Birdies are easier than eagles, pars are easier than birdies, and bogeys are easier than pars.... hmmm.. why is that?  BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN EXTRA SHOT.... sorry Jim... now THAT's dumb

Your next putt is the worst little bugger in the game! The little beads on the green show you a major/extreme break from right to left, and the slope on the screen appears to agree. Also, if you look at the putt from both angles, both angles appear to agree on what the break is. So, you hit the little devil right edge FIRM. You ding it, and the bugger goes right and misses to the right! I learned from making this mistake 4 times over and if you play center or right center firm, it goes in.

When you're from close range, it shows a break with 100 mph moving dots, but is actusly flat, but when from distance that break TURNS BALL:

See this for rollercoaster eagle at cabo#11!

(not sure if its same angle though, but thats how you play these opposite breaks!)

More indication you have no idea what I am talking about. A bunch of posters in this thread do. Some people are just too dense to get through to. I concede.
