  Not sure when this changed, but see under help/faq at bottom of page you noe get this..

  Assuming this is new, and will help stream line problem resolution.

  Does this mean no more members@WGT.com etc emails?

  just curious, if this is a change in how to log issues etc, why is it not a news item, so every one is informed?

  I still haven't found where you read this but agree 100%. Should be headlines at the start of each forum topic.

  At the very bottom of the page, either the contact us tab or the help/faq tab will direct you to another page.

  customer support team

  or contact our Customer Support team by submitting an issue ticket.

  either of these takes you to the form above.

  hi,

  I think emailing direct works as well but this form will allow you to fill in details we need and the system will track it just as well.
