no progression

  For ten days I play every day, I realize that my level is frozen. I stayamateur to 87.8
  I wanted to win free credits there either and my level of creditdoes not move.
  Only my base level changes. Can anyone help me understand?

  you mostly playing blitz and rating is based on rated stroke games, so it will not change until those scores are posted.

  What Icon means is that the only way to Tier up is to lower your Average, the only way to lower your Average is to play RANKED games. After a certain number of RANKED games if your Average is low enough you will progress to the next Tier.
