  It wont let me play in open tournament . It says because of my residence of country. I'm from USA. Leader board has all USA contestants. Please reply.

  Which tournament are you trying to enter? Certain tournaments are restricted for some states.

  I am trying to play premium tournament week 6 multi round. I am from Delaware. It says my country residence does not qualify me to play. It can not be because of my country when leader board is full of USA contestants. Thank you please reply.

  The premium weekly multi-round tournaments are also restricted by certain states.  Click the tournament rules to find out which one.  However it is misleading that it says your 'country' does not qualify, perhaps it's the default message you are seeing, and they haven't made provisions to say 'your state does not qualify'.
