    WGTadmin:

WGT will honor all the promotional email if you received them. I also believe that we have proactively reached out  and awarded you the balls if you received the email promotion and logged in.  Please note that you must have been the direct recipient of the email in order to qualify.

Sorry for the delay and confusion.  If you believe you should have received the balls and did not get them please submit a request here:  http://www.wgt.com/help-request.aspx and select game issue "inventory" and we will address it asap.

Thanks for play and have fun

    -WGT

Would b nice if we got a free sleeve on our Birthdays - WGT - do u think u could get back 2 me about this - Cause u can't about anything else - Freakin Sad U R

So, 5 million members at, say, $4 a sleeve... that's $20m each year of lost revenue!!  Yeah, I can really see that happening.

If nothing else, maybe they'll get back to you about your picture, or the 'competition' you've got going on.  Just sayin.

With regards to lost balls, Misstery, I posted the following suggestion in a thread in April 2011...

    MioKontic:

There are definitely places (e.g. the burn on 1st at St Andrews) where the ball would NOT be lost.

I would make the following suggestion:
If the ball is out of reach (e.g. some of the water hazards around Kiawah) then by all means it's a lost ball, no question.  However, in places where players can possibly or definitely find it, then maybe reduce the life of the ball by a percentage.

As an example, if the ball goes into the burn on STA #1 then reduce the ball life by 10% (that ball can pretty much always be retrieved).  If it goes into the gorse bushes on STA, reduce ball life by 50% - it's quite rare to find a ball in bushes that thick, but not impossible!  If the ball goes into the trees on BPB, reduce ball life by 20-50% depending on how deep it went.

    Something to consider please WGT.

It would be nice if WGT would consider something like this as it would be considered more realistic in that we don't always lose balls that may appear lost in real life.

A response from WGT on this idea would be appreciated.
