Open meaning all players can enter that tournament from any tier and a 68 you won`t get any return on your investment when winning scores are 50 something.
There are tier ready goes - meaning your a Tour pro these ready goes only fellow Tour pro`s can enter these.
Go to tournaments above this page and look for Tour Pro ready go tournaments also there is an option to check past results to match your scores on different tournaments to see what your return would have been. I`m not sure what scores they are posting in Tour Pro ready goes 9 holes or 18 holes haft to look into that.
