I recently meant to gift a putter to my brother. But I bought it by mistake. How can I give this putter to him?
I have no need for it.
You can't. What you may be able to do is email WGT and tell them what happened and what you meant to do. They may (emphasis on 'may') take the putter from you and refund your credits.
No joy with customer services yet.
They are as on the ball as a dead seal sometimes.
