Did everyone see the earnings leader board? A $4,000+ Cr prize has apparently been awarded. I missed that tournament big time.

The guys says he doesn't even know where the money come from. : )

Maybe it was the sweepstakes trip to St. Andrews (Pilsner open?) ?

Those earnings reflect the value of the grand prize from the Pilsner Open, which was awarded by random drawing.

You guys wouldn't have these types of questions if you had more than 1 page of past tournaments available to be seen.

As it stands now, ALL of the past tourny results on that first page are RG tournys.

OK am i realy dumb here or what ? please tell me what internet game dishes out a £4000+ prize ? Please some one enlighten me.

WGT does. Pogo gives out $5,000 jackpot prizes at random. $4,000 is loose change to some of the best players on Pokerstars. It's pretty commonplace nowadays.

The trip to Pinehurst that we won last year was valued at $4,995 per person or thereabouts. They sent 11 out of the 16 people who could clear their schedule to make it.
