    Ok we all have a few things to say about WGT all the time, mostly about perceived glitches in the game, etc, but I wanted to say thank you to WGT.  I had an issue with something on WGT, I won't share that other than to say that it was an issue of trust and integrity, and I emailed WGT about it yesterday and today, I was very pleasantly surprised in seeing an email from them with a full explanation and they had rectified the issue completely and to my satisfaction.  I must say I was very pleasantly surprised by the actions they took and it renewed my trust in them completely.  

    Thanks WGT for being straight up with me,  you guys are ok !!

    yep...good post indeed.

    wgt have always been pretty quick to get back to me and sort stuff out when needed.

    Yep hundreds of emails behind and WGT telling everyone they will take a long time to answer BUT yours got a reply right away. :)  Nope, nuthin' suspicious about that?  The rest of us will wait out turn.  Glad you got it sorted out though.

    I emailed them about missing balls they promised and received an answer that they acknowledged the problem.They said to be patient and had many emails to answer. 

    Two days later they emailed again and apologized and the balls were in my bag.
