Watching Videos/ receiving credits

  Thank you for your reply on this issue  that being said is there anything else you (WGT)

  could do to aid in getting us an opportunity to earn more credits  views or at least some way to off set the inability to get credits / views  till the problem is solved with this 3 party

  where are the extra 2 credit videos ?

  they used to be with the carousel before they changed it up.

  I HAVE contacted them directly on Thursday and Friday told them of the problem and still no action. The video's work and allow you to watch them but the views are not being awarded as promised in the WRITTEN Instructions. This has happened since they updated the site.

  Surely this can be construed as against the rules and laws of on line advertising if they are offering something and not fulfilling their obligations. Therefore are not WGT also liable for letting this happen on their site...

  Maybe  something to think about. A lot of you're members are being denied payment for tasks they have carried out. That in itself amounts to a lot of credits which, on this site, is actually currency. So therefore they are stealing from us. They have also posted a further 8 video's this morning, Sunday 26/2/2012, all working but still not paying the views to the members.

  They could at least offer all who have posted on this forum a sleeve of callaway i(z)'s for all the time and effort we have put in. Won't cost them anything. hahahaha!!!!!

  Well, I'm not the only one. But just like the government it's the fault of a third party. Why don't they just say "Screw you, we got our advertizing money we don't need you." So much for taking responsability for their web site. 14TEQUILALEE

  Firstly Icon, it's TRIALPAY!!!!!!

  Secondly, you 'say' it's nothing to do with WGT, yet you were able to tell me that I should stop abusing (your words, not mine) the viewing of videos when they were available for multi-viewing.  So long as it doesn't affect WGT then there's nothing you can do about it, eh?  You still get paid by Live Gamer.  But when we are able to take advantage of getting some easy credits, then, of course, you step in!  Rather two-faced isn't it!!!

  That is just a big cop out.  They are accessed through your web site.  So ultimately it is your responsibility to fix the problem.  If you can't get the host entity to fix it, then take it off so we all won't be wasting countless hours viewing these videos and not receiving credit.

  On top of this, technically wgt may be responsible, too. How do you think user gets credited? There must be some protocol between wgt and the third party to communicate user/credit information. It's possible that the problem is on wgt sever side. How do you know for sure this has nothing to do with wgt?

  Three more videos, 7 views, today. No payout.

  Aha.....That may be the issue that hits the nail on the head.

  Since all,  or most of us did the same thing ..(but it seams you was the one  who was told not to do it any more)   I didn't get that notice,Makes me think you was singled out.     But any way,                                                                                                                                                              I think this problem wont resolve until they feel it is evened out , If you understand what I mean,we are all  on suspension in a way.IMO.
