FWIW, the best 57 scores shown in russ's history are quite a lot 33s and better (30, 30, 30, 31 being the respectable top of the list). Further low scores counting in the average may have dropped out of the history.
Remember, you must not think "4 under" but score numbers! 4 under in STA is 32, in RSG, it's a 30! (double for the average)
Here presumably a 32 replaced a 33, dropping the average by 2/40 which by chance is 0.05. Another 10 of them might advance your tier, russ.
