  There are 2 players with the name jgro. One is a hack that hasn't played since the summer of 2010. the other is a tour pro that plays regularly and that is the one I want to contact. Searching players only brings up the inactive player. How do I contact JGRO, tour pro?

  The player you are looking for isn't JGRO, but JGR0 (zero).  You cannot have two players with the same name.
