can't move player position

  I've only been playing this a few months, but one of the things I think needs to be improved is the inability to change the player's position. I was behind a tree on black 13, tried to pitch out to my left 2 times but the player hit right into the tree both times straight back at me. Luckily the second time it bounced back a little to the right so i coul pitch to the right of the tree. And yes, I did move the marker to where I wanted to hit. Another problem is not being able to get different positions on the ball on the green..can't hit up or down on the ball to control the speed. Hope these can be improved in the future

  Hi marc,

  You're right, aiming behind or to the side can be a little cumbersome at times so make sure you are utilizing the new multiple camera views.  (Press ZOOM and look on the hole's mini map, you'll see grey circles with camera icons in them).  If you click on one of the grey circles you can switch the view to a different angle. This may assist you in punching out of some of those trouble spots.

  Can you be more specific? Are you referring to the lack of a spin dot on the green?  If you're having trouble gauging speed on the greens then you might want to have a look over this Putting Tutorial.  It covers all the basics for judging speed.

  Hi, Thanks for the comments, done all of the above, but the basic issue was that the player did not stroke to the direction I had moved the marker. As to the putting issue, yes, i mean the ability to move the strike spot up or down. No spin spot, strike spot, on the ball on the green. Therefore, can't effect the roll of the ball on the green. That's what I would like to see in the future. Thanks again.
